Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Kiss2kiss always processes your order as quickly as possible when payment has been made.
The delivery costs are added to the price indicated on our site at the time of the order. They depend on the delivery method chosen.
NB: for deliveries outside mainland France, our fees do not include customs or import duties which may be applied to your order by the competent authorities. We have no control over these taxes and it is your responsibility to pay them. We recommend that you check with your local customs office beforehand.
We pay your delivery costs for any order over 40 euros. Delivery takes place while stocks last.
CARRIER (S)
After validation and shipment of your order, delivery will be made by our partner carrier:
COLISSIMO:
- Metropolitan France under 48h to 72h
- Overseas and Europe under 5 to 7 working days
- International under 7 to 15 working days
Delivery times are indicative. We assume no responsibility for any loss or delay due to the carrier. Regarding delivery times outside mainland France, given the distance and possible customs fees, the delivery process can be slowed down. A tracking number per order will be communicated to you upon taking charge of the carrier.
DELIVERY FAILURE
In the event of a delivery failure, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to organize a new delivery.
Kiss2kiss is not responsible for lost packages or poor delivery of orders. For example, if you provided the wrong address with an order.
